Getting Here
Amedzofe sits in the Ho West District, Volta Region, at roughly 6°50′N, 0°25′E.
By road from Accra, the route runs via the Accra–Ho road and on to Amedzofe — typically 2.5 to 4 hours depending on traffic, with the final stretch a winding mountain ascent.
Roads within Amedzofe itself can be rough. Some visitors park in the village and take a motorbike taxi for the last stretch to the walkway and refuge entrance, especially in rainy season.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
This policy applies to every activity we run — the zipline, canopy walkway, guided birding, guided frogging and night walks, and guided hikes — alongside any requirements specific to that activity, like the zipline's weight and height limits.

If we cancel
Flights, walkway crossings, and outdoor guided activities may be held, delayed, or stood down at any time for storms, high wind, lightning, or any condition our guides judge unsafe. If you're affected by a weather hold on the day, you can wait for conditions to clear, rebook for another date at no charge, or take a full refund — the duty guide or site manager's call on safety is final.
An activity may also be cancelled if it doesn't meet a minimum number of participants, or for equipment, staffing, or maintenance reasons. Either way, you'll get a full refund or a free rebooking, whichever you'd prefer.
Where possible, we'll contact you using the phone number or email given at booking as soon as a decision is made — same-day weather calls may come with little or no advance notice, given how quickly mountain and forest conditions can change.

How to cancel or reschedule
Get in touch as early as possible, quoting your booking reference: message us on WhatsApp, email info@oneponeforestadventure.com, or visit the ticket office in Amedzofe in person. A request only takes effect once we've acknowledged it — a message we haven't replied to isn't treated as a completed cancellation for the refund schedule above.
